MY STORY
I Didn't Set Out to Build a Framework. I Set Out to Help Leaders.
Throughout my career, I've sat at countless leadership tables where the stakes were high.
Organizations facing difficult employee relations issues. Leaders navigating organizational change. Teams struggling with trust. Employees feeling unheard. Boards wrestling with complex decisions.
What I discovered was that the hardest leadership challenges rarely had simple answers. Too often, organizations focused on the most visible problem while overlooking the deeper forces shaping the outcome.
Those experiences ultimately led me to develop The Third Perspective™ and the Person–Leader–System (PLS) Framework™—a practical way to help leaders move beyond blame, uncover root causes, and make wiser decisions.
Because lasting change begins with seeing the whole picture.
